He is a certified leadership performance coach in work patterns, management proficiencies and leadership adaptability. Hamilton coaches senior-level executives and their teams for increased leadership and management performance.

• Executive Coach . . . For the past eighteen years Hamilton has coached senior executives in the Hospitality, Professional Services Firms, Technology, Commercial Insurance, Construction, and Medical industries.

• Motivational Speaker . . . Keynote presentations at leadership conferences and corporate events throughout the United States, India, Argentina and Portugal. Hamilton speaks on “personal re-invention” and possessing the “tenacity to win” at conferences and company executive planning meetings. Public speaking has been his lifelong passion.

• Developer . . . Hamilton developed and operated Bilimbi Bay, an upscale-casual fish and steak grille restaurant concept. He also developed Majestic Harbor Resort, a planned four-star waterpark hotel concept. Lamar has extensive strategic-planning experience.

• Management . . . Hamilton co-founded and managed Famous Investments, LLC, restaurant and hotel development company. He managed a non-profit organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota for twelve years and built its membership to more than 3,000 business leaders. He was the president of Great Northern Resorts, LLC and Grand Pines Resort, a three-star lakeside cabin resort.
